Chad Friedman, Managing Partner

Managing Partner of Ravin Greenberg, LLC, Chad B. Friedman has been with the firm since 2002. Mr. Friedman’s expertise has been developed to represent both debtors and creditors in complex Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and state court insolvency matters, with a niche and following as private lender’s counsel.

In addition to a corporate practice, Mr. Friedman represents individuals and their families in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases and related litigation, with an emphasis on high net-worth individuals involving complicated, unusual, and difficult situations.

Representing another specialty within insolvency law, Mr. Friedman has been regularly appointed in a fiduciary capacity to serve as Assignee for the Benefit of Creditors, where his duties focus on closing and selling corporate enterprises in a quick and efficient manner.

Mr. Friedman is a former student clerk for the Honorable Novalyn L. Winfield, United States Bankruptcy Judge in the District of New Jersey, and former student clerk for Burton R. Lifland, United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Southern District of New York.
